  • Dimerator adaptor removal by Diacarta

    Hi
I read about a product called Dimerataor by Diacarta that is to stop the amplification of adaptor primer dimers for NGS. Anyone familiar with this product?

Is this added to the amplification reaction or are these designed for each adaptor primer pair that you want to inhabit?

    Thanks for the insights.

I had not seen these before. The idea looks very interesting.

I would assume the XNA clamps are added to the PCR amplification and that they are universal for the TruSeq adapter sequences. Best contact them, though.
