I received some ChIP DNA for illumina sample prep and noticed a bump at 18bp for both samples submitted. Does anyone know what this contaminant is? The other 8 samples (different lab/sample type) that were run on the same BA chip do not have this bump. So i don't think it is an artifact caused by the BA.
