Not sure if this has been posted before. I'm interested in the specific units and buffer concentrations for both SOLiD and Illumina library prep. We are going to go towards automation and we need to get the most for our money. Making our own mastermixes will be the cheapest way. If anyone knows this info or can direct me to it I would be very grateful.
