FFPE sample after deparaffinization storage

I am preparing for DNA extraction from FFPE samples. To normalize the tissue amount among samples, I tried to remove paraffin (by xylene and ethanol) before using equal amount for extraction. However, I am confused for the time that I can store the deparaffinization?

Could someone help me with this problem? Thank you.
