Using MIRA assembler for illumina sequence

Hello,
I'm trying to use ,MIRA assembler on a small data which is sequenced using illumina. But the instruction on the MIRA manual is for mapping using another file as a backbone.

Can you please give me the link where mapping assembly instruction was given for mira?
I want to assemble reads against reference using iontorrent data.
