    CoCAS, with Agilent micro arrays

    Hi,

I'm using CoCAS for my chip-on-chip analysis and I have an insolvent problem.

Here is a link to download CoCAS :
Explore CIML. Centre d'Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy

During analysis, it seems that CoCAS can not read the column "rMeanSignal" of my raw data, but this column is present on my file (i checked it with "cut -f 34 file.txt...") :

    ----------------------------------------------------
    Start Analysis...

    Reading Files...

    Read E:/result.TXT
Arrays of slide 1 have been read. (no Dye-swap)

    Intra-Arrays Normalization Start...

    Slide 1

    computing p valuesErreur dans var(Xlow[which(Xlow < 0)]) : 'x' est vide
    De plus : Warning message:
    In read.maimages(noSwap, source = "generic", columns = list(R = "rMeanSignal", :
    non-standard columns specified

    -----------------------------------------

Is somebody have already the same problem ? Thank you a lot for your help !!!

      Hello !

I just solved my first problem :

the "SystematicName" column must respect the syntax :"chrX:9numbers:9numbers".

      Have fun.

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
        by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
        by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
