BLAT problem

i have download BLAT form

http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/~kent/exe/linux/blatSuite.34.zip

the computer : 64bit Ubuntu

after unzip the file, when i use ./blat

-bash: ./blat: No such file or directory

Have you tried seeing what exists in the directory using "ls"? I would recommend a Unix bash tutorial to familiarize yourself before proceeding.

This is most likely due to the exe being compiled for 32bit while you are running 64bit. Download and compile the source for best results or install the lib32 libraries.
sudo apt-get install ia32-libs
