    Does Anyone Do CorePangenome Alalyses

    Dear All,
    Core Pan genome is a very powerful tools to describe species trait mainly used in
    bacterial genome , it can find useful gene.But i find few people to do this analyse.I do not know why , More people concentrate on SNP ,InDel or CNV. So does anyone do corepangenome analyse?

    The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
