Ancestral alleles from 1000 Genomes Project

Hi all,

I'm looking for ancestral alleles for Build 37 of the human genome, and was pointed to the 1000 Genomes site here:
ftp://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1...ical/reference

I see a README (human_ancestor_GRCh37_e59.README), but unless I'm being completely dense I don't see the file the README is describing, nor does this file appear to be in any of the subdirectories.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
