Alternative Splicing isoform Annotation

Hello

I am trying to identify differential alternative splicing events across two conditions. Now I plan to use MISO. This package requires a alternative splicing event gff annotation.

So far I cannot find this annotation for the species I am analyzing. Can I find this annotation online, or I can build it from genome annotation?

The genome annotation has gene and exon position information, but tells nothing about alternative splicing event

The gff annotation file can be constructued from cufflinks/cuffmerge with the transcriptome rna-sequencing data
