Exome Sequencing data
Hi,
This might be a naive question, but I am looking to download and analyze some exome sequencing data from the 1000 genome project website. Where can I get/how can I access the exome data from the 1000 genome website?
I went to this link http://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data/ and I am confused which one is the exome data. Are the exome data sequence reads in the directories beginning with HG or the ones beginning with NA?
Please help.
