    Something wrong with access Bam file using "SeqAn" library

    Hi,
    I'm a user for SeqAn Library. I download this version[Release 1.3.1] from website http://www.seqan.de/downloads/?did=31.
    I used "BamStream" to access BAM file. But when I compiled code, system report error,like this:
    "ERROR: Trying to open BAM file and ZLIB is not available!"

    But, I have installed ZLIB(version zlib-1.2.7)、BZIP and added corresponding library to environment path file( ~/.bashrc).
    My compile environment is:
    Linux version 2.6.18-194.el5
    gcc version 4.1.2 20080704 (Red Hat 4.1.2-48)


    Anyone can solve this problem ?

    please read this:


    and input gcc command like this:
    g++ -lrt -g -L/usr/local/lib -lz -lbz2 -DSEQAN_HAS_ZLIB=1 -DSEQAN_HAS_BZIP2=1 -I/home/lm/seqan-trunk/core/include -I/home/lm/seqan-trunk/extras/include -I/usr/local/include main.cpp
