Network construction from time points data

Hi,

I have expression data of few genes in a network that was produced under two different conditions, each condtion has 5 time points. What I would like to do is to construct a network under each condtion to see if there is some change in the network like different functions of TFs or other genes or different connected components.

Is there a tool that I can use for such purpose?

I assume you want to create a gene covariation network, in which case look into WGCNA (it's in bioconductor I think, if not just search for the publication in pubmed).
