About CCDSid in NCBI

Hi, everyone.

I have a question about CCDS in NCBI.

some mRNAs in NCBI have CCDSid, and some haven't, why?

for example:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NM_138286

NM_138286 has CCDS record like: CDS /db_xref="CCDS:CCDS12414.2"

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NM_006158.4

NM_006158 hasn't CCDS record.

Can anyone tell me?
If I want to find the CCDS of NM_006158? How to find it?
