TSS v/s peak fraction graph for ChIP-Seq

    Dear All,

I want to plot a graph of TSS v/s peak fractions for my ChIP-Seq data. Organism :Rice.
I have the peak files containing the TSS distances but not able to figure out how to plot the graph. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in anticipation

Are you trying to do a density plot? This shall be very easy to do in R. You can even use Excel I guess.

If you are trying to draw a TSS plot for short read coverage, you can use ngs.plot. It is a very powerful tool for this kind of tasks.

Thanks buddy. I was more concerned about the peak fraction. Well, will try ngs.plot and get back.

      Many thanks

Do you want to overlap the peaks with the TSS region to see how many peaks are at TSS (-3kb to TSS)?
Bedtools or Galaxy can do this kind of job.

I apparently have to use "kolmogorov smirnov" test to obtain this plot. But have no clue how to go about it.

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
            by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
            by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
