    Converting .sgr to .wig

I have a number of data files all in the SGR (.sgr) file format. However, I need them to be in WIGGLE (.wig) format for some computational analysis. Can anyone instruct me on how to convert these files? Any help would be extremely appreciated!!

There is a perl script posted in this thread that should do what you need. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!to...ts/L9KrNnuxQ7k

Change the hard coded file names to ones you want (if you are going to do this for one file). Since you have multiple files there are suggestion for modifications you can make to make the script flexible.
