GO database

Hi,

First of all sorry for lack of information!
I want to do GO analysis on my microarray data. I am going to use PIANO package in R for that. But I have two problems, firstly, I don't have any GO database. I have looked into GO project website but I cannot understand which database I should use. Secondly, I only want to analyse data in "translation" and "secretion" pathways. How can I include only these categories in my analysis.
