    cutadapt

    Hi all!
I'm using cutadapt in order to trim some files. Do you know if there is a specific way to pass an adaptor file to cutadapt options?? I mean, is there a way to avoid typing "-b sequence" many times??
    Thanks a lot

If you have a file with adaptor sequences, you can make a simple bash script with a "while loop" that read every line (adaptor sequence) and pass the sequence to cutadapt.
