Open access seq data in the NIAID Data Ecosystem

Helpful resource for finding sequencing data or other biomedical data: https://data.niaid.nih.gov/
You can use the NIAID Data Ecosystem to search across existing repositories (NIAID funded or generalist repositories), filter by various metadata fields, and then access the data from the source.

Bulk RNA-seq datasets and RNA-seq analyses of cancer cell lines. But there's even raw sequencing reads, associated phenotypic data, etc. They integrate SRA, GEO, dbGap, and other databases so there's a lot of transcriptomic and functional genomic datasets available
