The organism is mint plant.. Reads of length between 18 to 23...Comment

These reads are incredibly short. How did you end up with reads this short from an RNA-Seq experiment? With read data this short your chance doing any sort of reasonable de novo assembly is not good.Originally posted by vishwesh View PostComment
