    Gene mining in metagenomes

    Hi all,

    I am trying to mine for specific genes across publicly available metagenomes. Services such as CAMERA or myMGDB are down. I am looking to screen multiple metagenomes, so it will be nice to find a tool that can screen these metagenomes without downloading them to screen for the specific gene.

    Any help will be great! thanks
