    Hi-C seq data download

    Hello there,

    Anyone knows where to download matrix data for BOTH inter- and intra- chromosomal interaction?

    If there's no such result available, is it possible to download raw Hi-C seq data that can generate BOTH inter- and intra- chromosomal interaction matrix?

    The only place I found is here

    I really appreciate your help!

      There are multiple datasets publicly available (click on either "experiment" or "run" on the left).
