Hello there,

Anyone knows where to download matrix data for BOTH inter- and intra- chromosomal interaction?

If there's no such result available, is it possible to download raw Hi-C seq data that can generate BOTH inter- and intra- chromosomal interaction matrix?

There are multiple datasets publicly available (click on either "experiment" or "run" on the left).

I'll note that you'll need to process them yourself, though some of them have additional files available on GEO.
