Thank you AntonioRFranco!
I will try VISTA Tool for my genomic comparison.

Take a look to this page VISTA Tool. I sucessfully have recently compared two full steptococcus genomes. I eventually process the information that this service gave me to figure out the genes present in one strain that were missing in the other

Hi Jean,Originally posted by Jean_Guillaume777 View PostHi everyone,
I begin a new study in comparative genomics between two strains from same species (a reference strain and a new one freshly assembled and annotated). I need to find all the differences between the two chromosomal sequences, except SNPs. Up to now, I have used ACT to visualize the genomic alignment and I have listed all the differences manually. I can say for now that the majority of differences are caused by movement of insertion sequences (ISs).
Now that I know the nature of the all differences between the two genomes, I want to use a web server to do the sames analyses that me, just to check the accuracy of my results
were you able to figure it out? Please share.

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?
Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating...-

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.
We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing...-
