From the results of tblastn, how can I get the translated sequence of each hit? Suppose that I tblastn and check representative genome and select an organism. then, I get a list of hits and for each hits, a list of sequences. How can I get the protein seq ID and the translated or amino acid sequence of each nucleotide sequence of the hit?
