    MACS2 callpeak AttributeError: 'Namespace'

    Hey all,
    I am trying to run macs2 callpeak, with this command line

    GEN_SIZE=0.4379e9
    PVALUE=1e-5
    macs2 callpeak -t "M1.bam" -c "IM.bam" -n "IM-M1_macs_p05" -f BAM -g "$GEN_SIZE" -p "$PVALUE" 2> IM-M1_macs_p05.log

    and I get this error

    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/local/peakseq/MACS-2/bin/macs2", line 337, in <module>
    main()
    File "/local/peakseq/MACS-2/bin/macs2", line 54, in main
    run( args )
    File "/local/python/2.7-bis/lib/python2.7/site-packages/MACS2/callpeak.py", line 55, in run
    options = opt_validate( args )
    File "/local/python/2.7-bis/lib/python2.7/site-packages/MACS2/OptValidator.py", line 132, in opt_validate
    options.peakxls = os.path.join( options.outdir, options.name+"_peaks.xls" )
    AttributeError: 'Namespace' object has no attribute 'outdir'

    Is there something wrong with my input? Do I miss something ?
    Could you help me, please.

    Thanks

    Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

    Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

    Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

    New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
    by SEQadmin2

    Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

    We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
