    Plots using GWAS and eQTL datasets

    I want to plot pvalues from eQTL datasets and GWAS summary stats to see the correlations between expression data and GWAS, something which looks like this Nature
    I tried using locuszoom but I am just not able to do it or I am not getting the right commands to go about it. Does anyone know how to include two datasets in locuszoom or any other way to plot two datasets including gene names ?
