Repeatmasker - suggestion

I am running repeat masker on a server, but it was failed in between when there was power shut down. Do you know the command to start again from where it ended.

I ran repeat masking with default command as below

RepeatMakser -qq -species wheat contigs.fa

I running on default crossmatch engine with downloaded embl repeat masked database of wheat with quick option.

You can do this with RepeatModeler, but I don't think it is possible with RepeatMasker. Normally the queuing system would have taken care of this, except I don't think anything would save a job if the power is cut off to the machine. Restarting the job is probably your only choice.
