  • Lateral Gene Transfer Studies using PE data

    Hi Guys

I am wondering if someone here has done or has some experience studying gene transfers between two species using GA PE data.

We have two species who we know coexist. We have done sequencing and have good PE data. I am trying to figure out if there are any signs of gene transfer using PE data through singeltons.

If you have any interest or experience, I will be very happy to talk to you.

    Best,
    -Abhi
