What is the best clustering/visualization tools for RSEM data points?

Hi, I am looking for simple tools to cluster/visualize transcriptomics data sets that are provided as a list of genes (contigs) with RSEM values assigned for each condition and put together as a table in the Excel spreadsheet. The laptop runs latest windows and doesn't have any bioinformatics packages installed.
    I would appreciate any help,
    Thanks

I'm not aware of any free software that visualizes RNA-Seq counts - if you e.g. run the DESeq2 vst or rlog transform (http://www.bioconductor.org/packages....pdf#section.2) on the count tables, you could use good old MeV (http://www.tm4.org/mev.html)...

Investigating the Gut Microbiome Through Diet and Spatial Biology
        by seqadmin

The human gut contains trillions of microorganisms that impact digestion, immune functions, and overall health1. Despite major breakthroughs, we’re only beginning to understand the full extent of the microbiome’s influence on health and disease. Advances in next-generation sequencing and spatial biology have opened new windows into this complex environment, yet many questions remain. This article highlights two recent studies exploring how diet influences microbial...
