    ASW from AFR population in 1000 genomes

    Hi all,

    This may be a very elementary question, but does anyone know how/where I can access the data for just the ASW population that seems to have been collapsed and included in the AFR population data from 1000 genomes.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
