Downloading TrEMBL

Hi all,
Does anyone know why when im trying to download from uniprot

http://www.uniprot.org/downloads

the TrEMBL dataset with wget like this:
wget ftp://ftp.uniprot.org/pub/databases/...rembl.fasta.gzit always stop at 1.6GB ~15%... ??

with this message:
Control connection closed.
and then retry from the begining..

I tried both:
--no-passive-ftp
--retry-connrefused --waitretry=30

and still the same problem..

This must be some sort of local timeout issue. I am able to get the file with wget. Give lftp or curl a try instead.

I tried curl and it also didnt work.
I think our server ftp protocol is too old....
I am trying to download in different computer..
