Hello,
I was wondering whether the vector of isoform counts, corresponding to a specific gene, can be assumed to follow a multinomial distribution, by the same approach that assumes multinomial distribution for all gene counts? I'd appreciate any suggestions or commets.
Thanks,
Golsheed
