hello every one,
could you suggest me how to create 3d PCA plot with multivariate data as (need to plot PCA for samples not for genes)

example data:

Genename   S1  S2   S3   S4   S5  S6

Calculate the PCA (in R, the pca() function) and use a 3D plotting function (in R, the plot3d package).
