    Differential analysis of different cells

    Dear all, I would to know if it is correct to do a differential analysis of different cells, for example adult staminal cells from one mouse and embrional staminal cells from another mouse. Differential analysis is not meant to compare cells like cell type A + treatement vs cell type A without treatmet where the cell type is the same?
