    Errors using consed

    Hi,
I have got a 454 data, and I have performed its denovo assembly. I am trying to perform gap closure using consed. When i run the consed and try to load the ace file, it loads the file but with the error: could not open phd file. ../phd dir/F33GYHM02GEz27.phd.1.
And secondly when i try to open the chromatogram of a particular read, it gives me error: Unable to find chromatogram file ../chromat_dir/sff:F33GYHM02.sff:"read name".
I have checked the installation and there isn't any problem with the installation, its working well with the test data and I have also checked my data on some other system where consed was running well. I dont know how to stop getting this message.
    Any one please help.
    Thanks

    Please use latest consed.

Which version of the consed you are using?

Please use version 19. This problem happens on the consed versions 16 and before.

Beyond CRISPR/Cas9: Understand, Choose, and Use the Right Genome Editing Tool
      by SEQadmin2

CRISPR/Cas9 sparked the gene editing revolution for both research and therapeutics.1 But this system still showed severe issues that limited its applications. The most prominent were the heavy reliance on PAM sequences, delivery limitations, double-stranded breaks that prompt unintended edits and cell death, and editing inefficiency (both in targeting and in knock-in reliability).

Despite this, “CRISPR helped turn genome editing from a specialized technique into

Proteomic Platforms: How to Choose the Right Analytical Strategy to Improve Detection and Clinical Applications
      by SEQadmin2

Proteomics platforms are evolving rapidly, with advances in mass spectrometry and affinity-based approaches expanding what researchers can detect and at what scale. As the field moves toward deeper proteome coverage and clinical applications, scientists face an increasingly complex landscape of tools. This article will explore how researchers are navigating these choices to find the right platform for their work.

The systematic characterization of the human proteome has
