    biosystems_gene file from NCBI biosystems

What are the columns in NCBI biosystem's biosystems_gene file?

I get this file "biosystems_gene" from

    ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/biosystem...ystems_gene.gz

    File has 3 columns :
    rfinney@pigdog:~/BIOSYSTEMS$ zcat biosystems_gene.gz | head
    296 7817321 30
    296 7817640 30
    296 7817967 30
    296 7818063 30
    296 7818397 30
    296 7818687 30
    296 7818923 30
    296 7819138 30
    296 7819403 30
    296 7819405 30

    A random selection :
    rfinney@pigdog~/BIOSYSTEMS$ zcat biosystems_gene.gz | shuf | head
    117680 8085832 50
    468375 14356590 30
    795174 103428995 30

    From ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/biosystems/README.txt

    ============================================
    biosystems_gene.gz
    ============================================

This file lists associations between biosystems and Entrez Gene records
that represent biosystem components. In this file, the GO records have
been filtered out. The associations were made via the method
    described in:
    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structur...rectLinksGenes.

    The file is formatted as:

    Column 1: bsid of biosystem
Column 2: GeneID of the gene
    Column 3: score

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
        by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating

New Genomics Technologies Take Aim at Long-Standing Limits
        by SEQadmin2

Researchers using sequencing and genomics tools often have to make trade-offs. They can choose between speed or scale, short reads or long-range information, or targeted panels or a view of the whole transcriptome. New technologies that have been released this year are built to address those tough choices.

We asked six companies the same four questions to learn about their latest products. The new technologies bring a lot to the table, including rethinking sequencing
