    SAW - source code/binary out?

    I just read the paper 'SAW: A Method to Identify Splicing Events from RNA-Seq Data Based on Splicing Fingerprints'...

    What about the program itself? Anyone knows if there is a way to get it?

      I know Damian, the paper's second author. he's busy cleaning up the scripts that run the program to make them more user-friendly for distribution.
