Human Ancestral Alleles Fasta on HG38

Hi,

I'm fairly new to this forum, so I don't really know if I'm in the right section, but here goes:

I'm looking for a fasta file with human ancestral alleles based on hg38 coordinates, to be used with VEP and LofTee.
Does anyone know of such a resource or how to liftover the existing one?
Does it even need to be liftovered? The original (hg19 based) ancestral alleles can be found here (https://s3.amazonaws.com/bcbio_nextg...ancestor.fa.gz)

I'd greatly appreciate any help!
