Problem with CASAVA (GERALD) - Missing 'chromosome' element

Hi all,

I'm trying to run GERALD with eland_rna analysis and getting the following error:

ERROR: Missing 'chromosome' element in 's_7_genomesize.xml'. Perhaps an old genome size file?

OR

ERROR: Missing 'chromosome' element in '/dev/fd/63'. Perhaps an old genome size file?

This worked before in our system, and nothing we can think of changed since then.
We tried to run eland_rna for different data sets: with data downloaded from UCSC (reference genome and refFlat file), and even on data we once ran this on!
So this doesn't seem to be a problem with the input files.

We also tried to restart the server, and reinstall CASAVA with no success...

Did anyone ever see this error, or has an idea what to do?
