stringtie genes abundances bug or problems?

Hi, I am using stringtie-1.3.2d.Linux_x86_64 to caculate genes abundances with -A parameter.
However, some records seems not so good.

nad4 nad4 KT428651 + 153710 155758 0.587116 0.159336 0.089332
STRG.2 - KT428651 + 153710 155758 0.587116 0.159336 0.089332

these two are at same location and same expression value, why here two records?

May I just discard the second one? Why this happen?
