Averaging TPM counts among replicates

Hello all,

I calculated TPM counts from an un-normalized HTSeq-count output file for a number of replicates. I am wondering how should I go about averaging these counts among replicates?

Should I attempt normalizing them in DESeq2? If so, I'm not familiar with how to do this.
