    Cummerbund Volcano plot infinite value

I'm faced with a problem in the volcano plot of CummeRbund. As shown in enclosed file, you could see that there are plenty of infinite dots on the borders and also on the bottom. Is there any method to avoid this problem?

I've checked some pages, it doesn't work when I put "pseudocount=0.0001" argument in csVolcano function.
Do you have any advice? Thanks!

    Sincerely,
    Simon

    Funny Volcano Plots

I have the same problem, but I also have these long lines across the plot - which make no sense. There is way too much data here as well, that is something I am working on now and has to do with the GTF anf FA files I used for alignments. Any help appreciated. See attached.
