Biopython coding help.
Hello, everybody!! I want to study PPI and for that, I need to classify the Proteins localization. For that, I got output in a text file with "Asterisk" * for the possible location of the protein. Now I need to classify the proteins from the large list and write to an excel file as the result as in the image shown.
Annotate the seqid with possible location.
Some seqid have multiple locations annotation.
I am new to biopython scripting and would like you guys to help me out in any possible way. Sample file(class) and result image are attached.
