Hi,

I am doing a project on metatranscriptomics. I followed the Trinity tutorial for doing differential gene expression and annotations. I used MEGAN for taxonomic profiling and functional analysis. But in MEGAN, taxa and functions are seen as two separate things, cant see the relation between them. My question is how do I link taxonomic data to the gene function.
