Velvet+Oases Generating empty transcripts and contigs file
Hi,
After running velveth. velvetg and oases on the SRP file, the trasncripts file generated is empty.
In previous steps, the .afg file was of about 300 mb, but there is no data in the final files after running oases. I can't seem to find any support for this issue. I've tried a variety of commands but all the variations are still giving this error.
Please let me know how to fix this or deal with this.
