Hi there,
does someone know a comprehensive tutorial for setting up a local installation of galaxy tools? Or is there even a source where one can download a complete installation including all the necessary reference files ?
So far I've managed to set it up and most of the tools are running. But some tools I can't get to work e.g. SIFT. Where can I download the tool dependencies for SIFT ? And can someone please explain how to deal with the reference genomes. I included my own and it works but sometimes the build names get messed up and won't work.
