    Glimmer HMM

    Hi,


    I usually do Gene Predictions(Oryza sativa) in online tools like GENSCAN, FGENESH, but my PI wanted me to search for other tools. I did try GlimmerHMM-Gene Splicer but I can't able get the methods from the tutorial. . . Can anybody help me in that. . . How to run the trainGlimmerrHMM????. . . I did look for other tutorials too but I couldn't get
