I have been provided with a MAF file which includes the VAF for each SNV. However, purity was incorrectly estimated and then the newly corrected estimated purity was included but the VAF is still the same. I want to adjust the VAF or recalculate VAF based on the new purity estimations. How can i compute the new values?
