Combining multiple bams without losing library size information?

    Hello all,
I have beeing searching the internet but I have not found what I need to know. Let's say that I have 3 or more bam files representing biological replicates and that I need to display the alignment (for instance as bedGraph) combining all three replicates together. Also, merging the bam files is not an option as my bam files have different library sizes and I do not want to lose the information (for instance, if one bam file is much bigger than the others, by merging I would basically lose the information by the other bam files). So far, I only found bamCompare as an option to combine 2 bam files implementing normalization so that I do not lose information due to possibly different library sizes. But how can I do so for more than 2 bam files? Any idea? Is there a way to normalize bam files prior to merging?
    Thank you
