Hello,
we are using tag-wise dispersion on a data set that has the format of 3 controls, 3 treatments with substance X such that they are all the same. Now the problem is we want to understand if the dispersion calculation calculates dispersion values across all treatment conditions (so for us across all 6 "treatments", 3 controls, 3 treatments)? If this is the case does it do it across all treatments, does it do pairwise comparison and avg the dispersion values, does it avg the dispersion values
